Our Approach
- The customers running payroll had to expend dozens of man hours each month to accurately input data from one system to the next.
- Given the hourly nature of the service sector, data that the payroll company received was usually in a format not conducive to standard payroll programs.
- Using a simple, repeatable process, our team was able to create a new data entry program which would convert spreadsheets and other documents into usable input for iSolved, the payroll system.
Results
The implementation of the program added a convenience to their customers saving them hours each month resulting in drastic time savings and increased payroll consistency.
